Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to all countries, including Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium, and Austria.
Customers do not need to pay shipping fees or VAT.
(Except for special overweight products or remote areas)

Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 0-1 working days and delivered within 3-6 working days, so customers will receive their packages within 3-7 days of ordering. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, extreme weather conditions or holidays may cause delivery delays. In this case, we appreciate your understanding.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the status of your order in real time.

Damaged or Lost Package
